Treat your feet

By Eileen

Do you treat your feet?

Self-care is SO important – taking that ME time is not selfish although many people do feel that way about taking time for themselves. You have probably heard the saying……You Can’t Drink From An Empty Cup……and that is so true.

I will talk more about Self-Care in another blog but wanted to talk about my self-care for my feet – especially following LONG walks I have done recently. See my 100k challenge blogs to see number of steps I am doing on those long walks!

I have started using a home foot spa – with lovely warm bubbly water and it also has rollers on the base of the spa so you can massage your feet with those as well. I fell asleep the last time I had it on.

You can of course do it the “old fashioned way” and put your feet in a bowl of warm water – it is so relaxing and gives your feet a great treat

I added some gorgeous Ocean Fizz Foot Soak from Tropic – some of its ingredients include Sea Salt, Essential Oils of Peppermint and Eucalyptus and Lime. This Ocean Fizz will soften, smooth and revive your tired feet in an instant. Immerse your feet, sit back, relax and let the Foot Fizz do its job.

I also use the Polishing Foot Pebble and the Repairing Foot Remedy to have a complete Home Spa Foot Treatment. The Foot Remedy is an amazing foot cream to massage into your feet and the smell of the essential oils is AMAZING. It is so cooling invigorating for your feet.

Check out Tropic Skincare and Make Up Products on my Tropic Shop here and please contact me if you want a no-obligation chat about the products – they are vegan/cruelty free, freshly made in the UK (so not sitting on a shelf in a shop for ages), made from gorgeous plants, flowers, essential oils and other natural loveliness. I love the values and ethos of the company which is my reason for using the products and also being an ambassador for them.

You can check out more information about Tropic and the mission, values and the other good work they do outside of making gorgeous skincare and make up by checking out the following links

Go on…………Treat your feet – they deserve it after all the hard work they do but are often neglected.

Eileen
